Sullivan Upper School is a co-educational, inter-denominational, voluntary grammar school. The school was founded in 1877 and, since 1939, has occupied extensive grounds on the edge of Holywood.
Catering is currently run in-house and as part of its development it is seeking expressions of interest for highly experienced catering suppliers who could offer a more dynamic, self-managing and progressive service to students and staff alike.
Sullivan Upper School has 1078 pupils in the secondary and 158 pupils in the preparatory.
The main kitchen is located at the senior school site that serves directly into the adjoining restaurant and provides food and items to the first-floor restaurant, immediately above.
There is also a separate outlet with small kitchen for year 14 pupils (sixth form) and lunches are delivered to the preparatory school daily for lunch only.
Interested companies will be required to register their interest by emailing info@gy5.co.uk. On registering interest tenderers will be asked to complete a pre-tender Supplier Questionnaire. (SQ) This will also be available on the FTS portal.
