Calthorpe Park School is a highly successful, inclusive and dynamic place to learn and grow.
The school community is scheduled to expand year on year. The school role is 1324 with some 199 staff. The student role is expected to be 1725 in three years’ time.
With this expansion in mind the school is looking for a successful caterer who will work with it to build on its catering and hospitality services and help design and develop a new (additional) service area that is scheduled to be opened by September 2021.
The existing services comprise of a main kitchen with three distinct, adjoining, restaurant areas. From September 2021 the new building will provide a space for the caterer to offer additional and exciting food and beverage products.
Interested companies will be required to register their interest on the MyTenders portal as well as by emailing info@gy5.co.uk. On receipt tenderers will receive further information and be asked to complete a Pre-Tender Questionnaire.
Expressions of interest are due by 1200hrs on 11th January 2021.
Start date: 1st September 2021
Estimated annual turnover: £285,000 (12 months to July 2019)
Contract Length: 3 Years plus a possible 2 year extension.
