In addition to assisting business set up an in-house catering offer -we provide regular support, training and monitoring to build on the initial business and ensure it is both operationally efficient and legislatively protected.
Training is provided for all grades of staff for health and safety including levels 2-4 food safety, levels 2-3 food allergen management as well as a host of in-house modules and advice on apprenticeships and formal craft-based courses.
